01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "you" or "your") and zs222 (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://zs222.cam.

zs222 is an English-language online betting information and education platform operated primarily for Pakistani users. 07 Prohibited Conduct

• Publishing, transmitting or distributing defamatory, obscene or unlawful content in connection with the Platform;
• Using the Platform in any way that violates applicable Pakistani federal or provincial law, or the laws of any other applicable jurisdiction.

Breach of any prohibition set out in this clause may result in immediate termination of your access to the Platform and, where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

08 Intellectual Property Rights

All Content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, articles, guides, glossary entries, graphics, user interface design, logos, icons and software code, constitutes the intellectual property of zs222 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

The zs222 name, brand and associated logos are proprietary identifiers of the Platform. You may not use these identifiers in any manner that could cause confusion, imply endorsement or falsely represent an association with zs222.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs222 expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement;
• Any warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or free from viruses or other harmful components;
• Any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, timeliness or reliability of any Content, including illustrative PKR figures, RTP percentages and bonus term examples;
• Any warranty that the Platform's content reflects the current terms, promotions or payment capabilities of any third-party operator.

Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved amicably should be referred to a competent court of applicable jurisdiction. zs222 reserves the right to bring proceedings against you in any court of competent jurisdiction.

17 Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling guidelines incorporated herein by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and zs222 in respect of your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings or representations relating to the subject matter hereof.

No waiver by zs222 of any breach of these Terms shall be considered a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision. zs222's failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
